Exchange and Replacement:
Hope Not Out has a 30 Days Exchange & Return Policy except: Shoes, Hope Care items, Belts, Bags and Wallets. You can send parcel to us through any courier company. Please fill this form and our customer service will contact you for further details.
Please note that items must be unused and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). Once the items reaches us, we will directly issue you a voucher through email which will be redeemable on your next purchase.
- If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by Hope Not Out.
- Online purchased items cannot be returned in any of Hope Not Out outlets and vice versa but can be exchanged from stores with original invoice or consignment note.
