Replacement & Claim Policy


  • Our exchange policy allows you to request an exchange within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Items are eligible for exchange, provided they are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we are committed to addressing any valid claims within 20 days of the purchase date
